Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas-- The effects on teenagers

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/03/04/60minutes/main678261.shtml
is article is about a young man (a minor) who went on a killing spree. He blamed the game, grand theft auto for his actions. After reading the article i learned a lot about a teenagers physcological metalnalty compared to an adult. The teenager is at fault for the killings and should be charged to the fullist extent. But what bothers me is that the game was played by such a young person who obiviously whos brain wasnt fully developed. For most of us these games wont cause us to go out and committ these crimes but there are some out there that get these "impluses". These games should be banned for immature teens to play these games. They arent ready to expeirence this natrue. Even if it mean banning them because of this young mans actions affected three families lives forever.

A group of teenagers decidedemualte some the things they saw in GTA after they been playing the game Grand Theft Auto. They wanted to emulate the main character. These teens wanted to make it seem as is they were a gang such just like in the game. They went around guarden city NY and caused choas. They broke into cars, and even knocked out the teeth of some person walking by then mugged him. When they were interviewed they seems to have very little knowledge of fact from fiction/fantasy. This is another story where kids get these inpulses and decided to portray real games. what was different from the frist article is that this was a group of teens. To me that is alarming that four of them all had the same mindset to go through with it.
